Missing You Tonight

There is no sight of you tonight
The stars start whispering
Seem to wonder why
The moon is shining at its utmost
Seems too busy to help
And the mischievous cloud is making a sudden visit 
Then a dark shadow is casted on the moon
And suddenly like you
The moon is nowhere to be seen
But after some time
The cloud leaves and the moon reappears
But there's still no sight of you
Really missing you tonight
But who knows
You, the moon that shines in my heart
May appear in my prayer
And in my dream
So real and intimate 
Later in the night
