Missing You
Say it isn't so! How can I go on without you?
I know it's not a breakup, but already I'm
missing you.
If I ask you not to go would that be so wrong?
You say it's just a short time, but still that's
far too long.
I can't breathe without you, I need you in my life.
I can't sleep without you, I need you to hold me
tight.
Since you came into my life, my life became complete.
Don't you understand if there's no you, then there's
no me?
When you take my hand, you take my heart to. When you
hold me close, I want to make love to you.
Count all of the stars, it's impossible to do. But if
you could then you'll know how much I cherish you.
I want your own happiness far above my own. For all time
I love you, my darling you are my song.
We have a few moments before your flight departs. So let
me tell you what I feel. This comes from the heart.
When you feel so lonely I will always be there. Just hold
me tightly, for I'll be your teddybear.
I'll be there when you need me. I'll be there wherever thou
art. Just place your hand upon your chest, for I am in your
heart.
When life chases you down. When life slaps you in the face,
look this way and run to me I'll be your hiding place.
Now it's time for you to go. Tears now fill your eyes. Honey
please be strong, I don't want to see you cry.
Baby, I am with you. Wherever you go. I just want to tell you
this, so that you will know.
As you board your plane I'm getting sad to see you go. But your
picture I shall treasure, for I adore you so.
I watch your plane take off, tears now fill my eyes. I'm shaking,
weeping, sobbing...I truly hate goodbyes.
I'm starting to miss you. My life won't be the same. Can you
hear me when I whisper? Can you hear me call your name?
I watch your plane up in the sky, it disappears from view. It
was then that I knew how much I do love you.
Come back soon, my darling. Think of me in all you do. Each
second, minute, hour and day I will be missing you.
