Missing Tig'R

MISSING TIG’R Tig’r nothing fancy Essence of simplicity Was a big fat cat Vacancy behind the eyes Poundable a big bass drum Now we all miss him Such a gentle animal The gentle pounding Gone to happy mousing grounds The angels will adore him

HI, Daver, back at this adorable poem of yours. I have not spoken to amy for so long, I don't even remember where or how I got to that one site of hers. I am laying low because I'd promised to be in an ezine she was doing and I failed to carry thru. Just too many problems I'd had this past spring. Hey,I heard connie asked you to join PFT. Please try to find a way to get on there. I sure would love to see you there!!

So far as I know, I've heard nothing from Connie, if you mean Connie Markham Chung. Must have been some error. If you hear from her tell her I am quite anxious to hear from her. I have sent her a couple of messages. daver

I'm sure "The angels will adore him" as much as you all had, Daver. A warm and compassionate write. He'd been blessed having you as his owner! Soup mail for you, Daver! Best to you and yours, Love, Mikki

Lovey tribute to one of our prettiest animals. Enjoyed your Tankas this early Saturday afternoon. And thank you for all your kind comments. My grandpa played the violin, I still got it here in my flat, but it would need repair. I never had the chance to leans to play violin, but I love it to listen to the music. When I did my postgarduate study in Edinburgh I had the chance to see and hear Vivaldi's Four Seasons with Yehudi Menuhin. It was great! Love, Gert

OH, what a fun picture you painted about Tig'r, Daver. And so now are you going to do poems on all your cats with their various names? that would be such a cool idea for you to try. Nice seeing your new poem for the day. Luv, Andrea

When we lose a pet, it's like losing a child to me, Daver. I'm sure the angels are enjoying Tig'r's company now! Lovely tribute to him. Hope this wasn't a recent loss ? Buffalo Bill Cody had a house on the beach in Long Branch, NJ where I went to college. People always marveled at the old mansion. He must have been quite wealthy. Love, Carolyn
