Miss You
The Whirling wind makes me cold
I seek a shelter to make me warm
The hustles strain my spirit
I long for spry sayings to soothe me up
They said I was a man
Men don’t cry
Men must not cringe
Thinking of one to tell
How the cold engulfs and
How my body bends beneath its bounds
I wished a voice cheered me up
I crave an ear to pour in my aches
I yearn a heart to seek my care
Miss you…
