Miss Dandelion

She brings with her the yellow
To share in painting spring
Adorns the humming meadows
With a place for bees to sing
She’s a tiny ray of sunshine
There softly on the skin
Of my sweetheart mine
Held just below her chin
Oh the joy of springtime
When the dandelions bloom
All things of nature rhyme
Dressed in full costume
When yellow turns to gray
We wish between us two
Then blow her hair away
To make dandelions new

Anne Lise...you are so kind, and don't we ALL love spring?
