Misjudged

usually a peaceful sleeper now he moaned dreaming badly calling out up on her knees she hovered over him hands barely touching his skin deep breaths in almost daring to make magic could she draw this poison from him gather it up and purify what she had fouled with lies deceit neglect acts that drove him to leave her this most loyal and gentle man had reached his breaking point without warning before she was ready oh she thought she had more time misjudged him for a fool who would stay out of fear cowardice where could he go? who would have him? he woke to see her poised above him turned his face away.

Have mercy ... what a powerful tale of forgiveness and rejection ... beautiful ending, like a collision, I love the unexpectedness ... you now have a reputation to defend ... the distinction of a sincere writer.
