Misery

So sweet, and yet so disappointing Envious, and yet so anti-social Strict, consequential Mellow, quiet Its actions and results are so loud But its words are oh so silent Too silent To silent to even know it's there Lurking around Shadowing you Closing down on its next clueless prey Helplessly I run from its clutches So tempting I shift towards its gentle touches Oh sweet Misery.
