Miserably Wonderful

Good morning time to wake up
You put on clothes then shoes
Smile say hi, laugh some too
Yet still miserably wonderful

Cup of coffee, eat a muffin
Grab your keys, go to work
Do your job, get paid
Yet still miserably wonderful

Get home, cook food
Pj’s on, relax a little too
Westerns on, health is bad
Yet still miserably wonderful

Go to sleep, wake up
Streets of gold, heavenly choir
At peace, no pain
Yet miserably wonderful is now a phrase.

You seem to have the ability to portray ordinary life in a way that makes it seem special and give it the the color that it deserves and help us remember while there is life there is hope. You do this in a unique way. Best regards David in NZ. ps Our grandson just turned 4 and seeing him most days gives me hope that he will cope with life especially as he is into books and outdoor play and likes to dance. Loving his granparents helps too.
