Mindful Eye Blissful Heart
reflect awhile on our daily routine
cognition of objects seen and unseen
stuporous habits that bind and confine
as in our comfort zone we so recline
as we look around at life in motion
the uprising of thought and emotion
do we dwell always in a happy space
tranquil, blissful, with no puzzles to lace
