Mind Your Language

The words you use have a serraded edge
they cause the deepest damage
they also take the longest time to heal
speak with kindness in your heart
As words can wound , meant or not
whether said in the heat of battle
or delivered from a cold heart
the pain is the same the wound as deep
speak gently in a measured tongue
leave expletives unsaid and exclamation unused
use the language of Marcel Marceau.
