Mind Warp

As my salvaged soul grows restless and my heart beats like a drum, it's my mind that defeats me and leaves me feeling numb. Deception and coercion from the moment I arise, are intrusive to my faculties and could lead to my demise. Hallelujah God almighty, from the heavens high above, stay still, take it easy and be filled with all my love. Like the moon amidst the darkness everything appears, when my light is with you, the mind is free of fear. The shadow of the dark one intends to keep us blind. But through the Holy Spirit we are unconfined. When you wake and see the sun, beaming down on you, the darkness ceases to exist, God's light has made you new.
