Mind Gyms...

My grandma called them Mind Gyms, To keep our brains working right; Humming and crossing limbs, So that brain and body can reunite; They help mind and body get in tune, And make remembering things a breeze; Gives you a buzz and boosts your immune, And you can feel it down to your knees; I always hated to do them, But they helped more than I care to admit; So don’t be hasty to condemn, And use them to your benefit!

Very intersting, Tirzah. I never heard of the "mind gyms" before, but I can see how they would help. Congratulations on your win in Deb's contest! Love, Carolyn
