Milady Death

Milady Death ~~~~~~~~~~~ For years I've courted her Oh my love, The Lady Death I've begged her affection on endless nights When only she could hear my pleas Danced in her warm embrace only to be spurned Deemed unworthy of more than that it seems Although many times I've tasted her bright and blissful kiss She chose me naught as a lover So now I resign myself simply to be her consort.
