Midnight Feast

With night vision eyes
she held her supper in sight
as she stooped unheard

Umm Duh! Just read this again. Read it totally different the first time. Musta had a bit too much "holiday cheer" before I read it.(LOL) Don't worry, you'll get use to it, I am known to be a bit ditsy at times. A nice balance of a little bit looney and mostly harmless! Love Robin

Interesting use of this short format to share your thoughts. The last line is my favorite. Keep on writing! Karen

I think you were up late last night enjoying and observing well nocturnal creatures and nature. Your haiku is once again quite full of imagery. A bit creepy this one, but love it. Love, Shar

The first poem I've read by you - and a haiku...quite eerie and inviting and brilliantly penned. Love the brooding overtone..."she stooped unheard"...excellent! Peace always, John
