Midnight Believer Ponders Cv

Romios, oh Romios, my
own star twirling across
the night skies.
What say you to Panagiota,
having hot chocolate with a
floating marshmallow bobbing
on her thighs?

Are you coming to take her
to her heavenly home this very
night?
Do whisper to her gently, I supplicate,
as she pens her poetry tonight.

Tireless and fearless, like a tiger prowling,
she roars and expresses her bare truth.
Greatly disappointed when poets fear penning
a political comment as if it were a painful
abscessed tooth?

Poets shaking in their shoes, asking one another,
If they are safe...are you well?
Perhaps they might reconsider, a thing to be feared
far more~~an eternal life in hell!

We are paying the price, Panagiota knows, for tossing
God aside.
Man, at the height of his pinheaded arrogance, thinks
he can control, the air, the sea and the tide?

Further, that man will stand together in world peace?
A constant farce shoved down our holy throats
There only is one leader, in charge of us all on this
grand human boat.

No, He has no party nor political affiliation.
He just loves you unconditionally, and died for
your salvation!

                **Happy Easter**

This is brave and courageous... right on target... send javelins and spears... pulled from dictionaries and thesaurus... both, beautifully crafted and wielded by a master. God give you peace and safety. All that you need before you know there is a need. In Jesus Holy Name. Amen.

What I remember most from that schooling was this question.WHY DID GOD MAKE YOU.. Tne answer was,,TO KNIW Him, love Him and serve HIM...so that I will be happy with Him in the next life.that has stuck with me! Panagiota xx

Hahaha, Panagiota, having hot chocolate with a floating marshmallow bobbing on her thighs? sounds like me. And you are right some of us are to afraid to pen anything political as we or I don’t like the conflict of those who like the present president. you cannot say anything to them because they are right and we or I are wrong. You are wasting your breath. Let them see for themselves when our country falls. My husband uses to put a lot of negative things about him when he was alive, but he was a 20-year vet. If you know what I mean. And yes, there is only one God and our prayers should be to him having faith. Lovely write, I enjoyed reading. Happy Easter to you as well

I only know of one troll and they have played the innocent. I truly never had no-one troll me. I've only seen two and I said my peace and blocked them, one is gone the other is still here. That person tries to cover there unwanted remarks with religious quotes. Once they admit they've done wrong they admit they sin, so they will not admit it.

Funny Eve, how some poets here are trolls and Unafraid to insult fellow poets. They go after some unabashedly. Very sad. That they will do! We are all people whether here or in the real world. The narrative to destroy good people is unstoppable. See, History of the World.Happy Easter. Loved your comment. So much in it, Eve! Rainbow Wishes, Panagiota
