Middleway

MIDDLEWAY

Fears of age allay
Growing older with each day
Comforted by an endless array
Of memories on display

Accept all the years
Of laughter and tears
Each passage becomes a pursuit
Which leads to an unknown route

No crossing ever a waste
Onward to the next embrace
Inspirit the will to roam
Down a winding path to home

A life interlaced with grace
No regrets not even a trace
With a smile upon my face
I’ve arrived to a pure place

Ready for what come what may
I have found my Middleway
With a happy heart I say
I can go or I can stay
