Mexican Buffet: Bring It On

To start - fresh salsa with chips;
then that combo plate:
Cheesy enchiladas, beans,
and beef tamales
smothered all in sauce.
Mine’s wicked
hot!

Hot tamale! Hot tamale!...yummy. Bizzare Foods did an episode recently near my home in the ozarks and went to the squirrel cook-off...they had squirrel tamales there. I'm guessing you wouldn't be interested in one of those...ha

Mmmm - I remember this tasty one. Thanks for telling me how to find older poems. I find it fun to see what the 'newest oldest' listed is - I usually remember the piece and enjoy reading it again, but sometimes I find one I'd somehow missed : ) It's great to see you co hosting a contest.

OOOOOOOwwwww! I love Mexican food, and, like yourself. wickedly hot! How am I feeling? Not so hot - arthritis, cataracts, asthma, gout. It has all happened at once - part of being 82 years old. So, please forgive if I am not as attentive as usual. LOve, daver
