Meteor Crater
I wonder…
What catastrophic rock
Could have caused this gigantic hole,
Over two miles around,
And half a mile deep,
Like some giant's awesome soup bowl?
Could it be…
When the earth was born,
God just ran out of clay,
So, he left it there,
Unfinished and bare,
Waiting for a more convenient day?
