                               beneath my grave
                         my love for you isn't gone,
                           just gone another way.
                    I hold you against new memories

Dear Paige, your poem is deeply moving in the way the speaker reaches from beyond the grave to comfort and remind a beloved left behind that they (the departed) belong to the mourner’s memory.
