Message of Black Powder
I’m black powder with my useful explosive might
Gun powder is my military name for defensive light
Yet be warned against my evil users in their hatred's height
For fatal are my effects along disastrous sight.
Being productive black powder, I believe that I’m artistically active
As make-up experts need me when they’re elegantly meditative
Painters also highlight my gloom as intensely effective
And designers show my unique beauty with their talents, wondrously creative.
In my black powder status, I urge that you take heed of my admonition*
I can be merged in hell’s brimstone toward eternal destruction
Spiritually speaking, I’m pleading for your faith-upheld salvation
From sin’s condemnation by trusting the Saviour with His offered redemption.
*Ephesians 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
