Message In An Acrostic

Message in a Bottle for Amrik Singh

M y friend from India has gone missing.
E very day he shared beautiful gardens. 
S ometimes, pictures of him in his turban 
S miling beside his lovely wife were posted.
A love for mankind exuded from both of them.
G reetings became a cherished friendship. 
E xperiences and pictures crossed the seas.

I ndia was at war with Pakistan.
N ow, I worry about the lifted execution ban. 
 
A mnesty International and Justice Project Pakistan
 
B ear out reports that in 2014 Pakistan began executing
O ver there, again.  Most victims were not convicted.
T hen, my friends' travels crossed many countries.
T o have lost Amrik Singh and his wife as friends is unthinkable.
L et my bottle cross the ocean and find them well.
E very mutual friend has missed him since he disappeared.

It has been a few years, now, since he vanised. If I remember correctly it was on the same weeked of some executions.
