Message In a Bottle

My love for you
is bottled
aging
to perfection
maybe
turning to vinegar.

Will the bottle break
before you sober up?

His bottle seems to offer perfection, but the end is sour. Hope he gets the message soon.

Good to see old messages hit home in new way. Maybe this version will be more success. And you did it in your own unique way making the words bounce off the page. Important and clever write Maureen. Hope you will be welcoming in the New Year with Hope in your heart. Best wishes from David in NZ

wow ... yeah ... uhm ... hello ... why you asked us ... we don't drink cause we like to drink ... but this questioning write really does that one word to me ... yeah ... no. shoot ... what was the name of that word ... words have a name you know ... here ... come bottle some love with me ... then of course we will be enjoying boxed rain water on this rainbow slide trip ... sure am glad you never get to old for love ... just wish bottles stop being broken over my head ... you know we love you so.

Very witty ... soft measured allusion, Maureen. Your message is duly noted in this bottle of pure poetry. Cool write. Love and happy holidays, dear.

It usually gets better, more refined...in the case, it turns to vinegar, well, pour on a salad or chips and fries...A great message Maureen...
