Merriest Bluebells

  Virtuous lilies
    Merriest bluebells
  Fragrant roses
    All these she sells

  Approaching
    each passing car
  Displaying her wares
    Wishing on a star

I giggled as at first I read the title wrong. Your poem is lovely and quite refreshing. I really don’t think that a poem called Merriest Blueballs would hit the same!

When the going gets tough, get selling! I like this poem of flower days long gone.
