Mercy Deep
From the moment of conception
To along life's wayward path
God knows all the steps you've taken
And all that you have left
With a love that's pure and generous
A promise for your soul to keep
That runs throughout the ages
In His mercy deep
The only thing to keep you away from it
Is to reject the free gift he gives
The Son crucified for all mankind
So all mankind may live
In the presence of his glory
For all eternity
The way life is meant to be
In His mercy deep
We can recieve a taste of Heaven
While here on this earth
Break the bond death has on us
With Jesus as the cure
It's not that complicated
All you need do is believe
Satisfied with true life
In His mercy deep
