Meow Is

Meow Is.

Meow to my cat
Understand me better..

Meow is for yes
Meow is for no.

Meow is for
I don’t know.

Meow is for food
Meow is for more.

Meow is for
I must go.

Meow is for love
From the floor.

Meow is for the
Cat next door.

Thanks much for your response. Cats do take it all being more independent than dogs. Peace. Love and Joy.

A simple no frills poem about a cat that instead of parading its virtues to the reader, simply equates this animal as a part of the family. The words have no hidden agenda or message, instead it focuses the reader to the fact that sometimes the most simple and basic thoughts define the subject matter better than all the elegance that we tend to shower upon objects of our affections. Thanks much for your comment. I had three cats over the years. They all seem to say the same.
