Less mental toughness,

How do we become mentally tough?
How do we know when we have become greedy enough?
How do we know when we are lying in a pig trough?
How do we know when we should give up stuff?
How do we know when we have become mentally tough?
I think it is when we look up more than we look down.
I think it is when we can see others look up to us and not down.
I think it is when we help others up and don't put them down.
I think it is when a stuff up does not get us down.
I think it is when we can stand up and refuse help to wind the day down.
I think it is when we show up, because we don't want to let others down.
I think it is when we feel no need to clam up or shut down.
I think it is when our frown has its up side, down.
