Mental Peace

It is mostly the most neglected parameter of our well-being. And is ruined simply because of lack of attention and care Living in the age of digital connectivity we all are hollow from inside. No one to talk to but a phone is always treated as a symbol of pride. Loneliness is a widespread disease which is present all across the place. We must hold on sometimes and take a break from the ongoing race. Just a pat on the back is enough to enlighten and elevate the mood. One must speak in an emphatic tone and must never sound rude. Meeting one another, talking and smiling can make all the difference. We can die alone but to live we need a community around. Even though we live in the jet age our mind and soul is always alone. Humans do have a heart and ironically it is not made up of stone.
