Mental Health
Many a people faces a health stigma
Everyone thinks it all just in the mind
Nothing prepares you when you lose it
Talking about it who is really listening
Asking for help should not be so hard
Locking yourself away is not healthy
Happiness of a person appears locked up
Everyone is an individual not a living book
Ascribe treatment taylored to the person
Listening it is only a part of the solution
The mind of a person will protect itself
Healing itself may become a slow process
