Mental Health
Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning
In a sea of thoughts and emotions
I try to swim to the surface
But the waves keep pulling me down
Sometimes I feel like I'm flying
In a sky of dreams and hopes
I soar above the clouds
And feel the sun on my face
Sometimes I feel like I'm nothing
In a world of noise and chaos
I fade into the background
And nobody notices me
Sometimes I feel like I'm everything
In a universe of wonder and beauty
I shine like a star
And inspire others to do the same
Sometimes I feel like I'm human
In a journey of highs and lows
I embrace the complexity
And accept myself as I am
