Mental Health
Many people in this world suffer with panic attacks,
When this happens they think they are falling through the cracks,
All we have to do is to remember to relax,
Some people don’t understand how your feeling because they just don’t no the facts ,
Anxiety is very cruel,
And will take over your life and rule,
I personally don’t like it when people just assume,
That you are fine and looking ever so cool,
Some days you wish to stay in bed,
Because you have way to my in your head,
All you want is every feeling to end,
But you are always forever great full from all the support you have off of your friends,
The horrible feeling when we go out,
We get all et up and end up having a lot of doubt,
So in the end we will bale out,
So we go back under our blankets for time out,
Everyone suffers from a lot of fear,
We all think to ourselves when will me head clear,
Myself and everyone else will shed a tear,
We think to ourselves this just isn’t fair.
