Memory Lane

Strolling down the memory lane,
Mirages do not seem so strange.
Trails of nostalgia stay engraved,
In the happiness I once embraced.

I love the flow of this poem here..and how each line coordinates with the next to make it understandable..I really love the imagery here...as if you're home, looking at a dusty picture frame or something and wiping it off as you reminiscence with whom that's no longer in your life...anyway..sorry for the long comment..I got carried away...beautifully written poem Haden!! Regards..INK-U-SCRIPT

Yes, i also find this when I look through my old photo albums. The nostalgia of the day is still there, but all too often the people I shared my time with on that day have gone and I miss them so much. Memory Lane can be a sad place to walk.
