Listen to poem:
Memory.
Darn, how was it again?
I forgot that word
that carries a moment of my life.
?this key
that opens the path
from the labyrinth of memories.
?it is essential,
it runs inside me,
?I’ve harbored it for a long time,
but today
it stumbles…
?it’s not a color,
I would have seen it.
?it’s not a scent,
I still have all my senses.
?but where did you hide?
demon of my black hole…
?what must I do
to bring you back
from the depths of my brain…
?you’re surely not that complicated,
we use you often,
?well I think so,
maybe not always wisely…
?I have it on the tip of my tongue
and yet you don’t return,
?but where did you hide?
demon of my black hole…
?it’s frustrating,
even annoying,
?I feel,
a split-second flash,
like I’m turning senile or foolish…
?no better than that,
at least I think so…
?I force my memories
to find you…
?could you have disappeared?
my head hurts…
?but where did you hide?
demon of my black hole…
?but of course,
silly me…
?you were right there
by my side,
emerging from a hazy space
?you carry everything of me
and of my knowledge…
?At last here you are again,
present once more…
?everything falls back into place…
Memory.
