Memories I Hold Dear

O'er the hills of remembrance, I travel the height of every crest
To the valley of my memories
Where I left you with the best

Of them, fumbling through my reality
I hope and wish to find you there
In the arms of continuity

With raven locks of black hair
And in the twisted thicket grow
A long lost love sick with despair

But it shines with a warm glow
For the memories I hold so dear
