Memories' Escapade

In the air of discord, memories sleep In the key of loudness, no one says a peep In the dream of our imagination the spirits turn All of our pasts and futures will burn In the smoldering ashes, memories escape With their eyes open wide and their mouths held agape As they stare at the stars in the wide open sky Their capes flutter softly as they keep flying high Their fire glowing blue as they soar in the night Their eyes sparkling green as they fly to new heights The mountains and rivers quiver in their wake The leaves on the trees began to shake Because the memories began their new reign Swearing never to go back there again.
