Memories Draped

Life's memories are gathered like bright diamonds
draped on delicate shrine

No one else can take

this template in your mind

Memories real gems of history

to claim or leave behind

No need to grasp too tightly

securely they will be

Found on the wings of silence
where our souls prefer to be

For rest is what is needed
to wave the past goodbye

Raise gentle in each day
our memories are our Ali

For our memories make us
who we are

...and who, we want to be...

Raise gentle in each day...
...we create our destiny...
