Memories
I 'woke to an angel on my knees
And they weeping, once said so kind:
'Death's haunting is a lost memory
In an age'd stillborn mind.'
So I forget not this dark truth
Nor lose thought of my time
Lest I welcome death's grace
And lose love's touch divine.
