MEMORIES

Slowly
  nostalgia trickles
 into torrents
to flood
memory's canyon

crystal clear
vision's 
  backward
my
   gaze
where
certainty
   lies in the past
where
 distant memories
  linger
fleeting
  ephemeral
with
perspective
 out of true
yet
enlightens me-
