Memories

Who holds the keys to my memories
The thoughts that arise in me
Where do my memories go when I die
Are they part of the journey of my soul
Or are left buried inside me, when I go.

Life’s journey on rewind
A pure connection with heart and mind
Memories locked behind the doorway of
my brain
A part of me now, a smell a touch a spark
a feeling a taste a thought or sound.

My eyes shone, a memory like a light
A switch on, a vision popping up
A journey filling my very soul
Time trying to fade those memories
The flow now, touching everytime.

I feel memories stay with us when we die until we see the Light. Then, all evaporates for the Light is stronger. ~~
