Melting Wax , Burn My Hand

melting wax , burn my hand ,
flowing down , like a droplet,
white in color , round as a band ,
melting wax , burn my hand .

killing me , burning me ,
ruining me , destroying me ,
doing something , nothing good ,
same as a piece of burning wood .

giving me light , during night ,
badder than a bulb , better than nothing ,
help me , or do something ,
melting wax , burn my hand .

curtains on fire ,
running , I'm tired !
not on time , I'm fired
melting wax , burn my hand !!!

I sure felt the burn in this one... ouch. That melting wax is a great metaphor in this very imaginative poem :)

Very powerful write, Saanvi! The pain come through in every line...we all have issues we deal with...I hope in the end you don't concentrate on the pain, but on the LIGHT! :) Thanks for your visits!
