Melting

Melting

Melting
The thrill and wonder gone
No reason for existence
I’m melting
Everything’s bland and uninteresting
No reason to try
I’m melting
Out of nowhere life is unbearable
No reason at all
Just melting
Suddenly the couch holds me prisoner
No way to break away
I’m still melting
Outdoors and my social life no only a memory
No reason to cry
I don’t want to be melting
My family and friends are now strangers
Reason to try, not enough for a break through
Don’t let them see me melting
I never saw it coming
I guess the lord has a plan for everyone
Mine was melting
My family needs me
They should be enough to get out of this slumber
Please I need help
Stop this
Don’t let me melt
