The day was white with cold It slipped from heavens grasp And tangoed with the wind As it fell happily down Unique in its perfection A falling star Borne in freezing sky Coming to meet me in person Wrapped in its beauty I tried to grab it Hold it close and make it mine I watched the world melt in my hand
