Melody

Melody

Raise my head up to the sun
Let it web out
The rhythm to my drum
Old days brought flowers and gems
Black clouds and ocean rain

I ponder upon the little things
A ride on the Merry -go -round
A carousel of wild beasts
Going roundabout
A sea of wooden horses gallop
To classical music
Touching the sky and kissing the ground
Upon a rotating circular platform they stand
The swing twists and turns
Twirls and whirls
Wild as a mother spinning her child on the ground
A dizziness ensues
Oh, a temporary release
A soothing melody
