Melodies Forgotten In the Wind
When the melodies of our lives begin to fade
The fragments of the past are left behind
As we advance further into the future
Memories that we have treasured long ago
Are just melodies forgotten in the wind
The hopes and dreams of days long ago
Replaced by the nightmares of today
The world of days ahead of us
May not be the paradise
We had hoped to see
For the melodies of our lives
Are the fading hopes of our time
