MELANCHOLY
Always a struggle
To slip beneath the radar
No reason to explain
Just weary of living
Jaws fall heavy
Like mangoes struck by wind
Eyes dim with silence
A face without a map
Shadows sit on the chest
Breath slow, spirit restless
The world moves in colour
While you fade into gray.
