Meditation Time

Beauty inside
Nothing to hide

Let it go
Let it be so

No more stress
Let it all out

Focus on your breath
Let peace flow out

Presence of love
Not from above

Inside of me
So let it be

Gentleness like rain
Relaxing my brain

Freedom from pain
Everything to gain

Meditation is free
For you and for me

Nothing to stress 
Just being our best

Let it flow
Let it go

Presence divine
Nothing to mind

Love to all
Love is free

Be yourself
Let me be me!
