Meditation
Seek to know how,
Be mindful now.
Find your calm space,
Sit still in place.
Close your eyes here,
Let breathing steer.
Breathe deeply still,
Focus your will.
Relax and see,
Stillness can free.
A certain ease,
Now rains calm peace.
Purge stress and strain,
Watch poise touch plain.
Breathe in, breathe out,
Feel silence shout.
A still small voice,
Now intuits choice.
Dare to keep still,
Feel joy reveal.
Make time each day,
To sit and pray.
Words need not come,
Watch stillness hum.
Your soul knows best,
Your journey quest.
Listen and learn,
In silence yearn.
