Meditation

Meditation sweeps my thoughts away Be at peace to face them another day Floating away like clouds in the sky I smile as my minds waves goodbye Colours of rainbow flow Across my eyes & through my soul Eyes focused on colours, shades and shapes My private northern lights on display No thoughts on time and place Senses smooth to a slower pace The bubble around is now still With positive energy it is now filled
