However distressing one’s life has been, forget the gloom.
Rise up as lotus does, above muddy water they bloom.Quote: poets own

Meditate, it helps you to stay calm
It’s being soothed with a soothing balm
Relax your body and clear your mind
Leave all one’s worries and stress behind.
Slip away to a place without harm
As described in the words of a psalm
Become immersed in the universe
With the I am in prayers converse.
Heed the dear Lords law and have no qualms
You will find a welcome in His arms
In silent solace may you find sound rest
Your heart and soul be enhanced and blessed.
God holds the whole wide world in his palm
Gently guiding with His grace and charm
Tat Tvam Asi - "thou art that" as one
With God the Father and God the Son.
