Mediocrity of Life

Gentle and mild the righteous fall Tricky and slimy the believer drink's gall Falling from the ladder grace of life Materialism and lust the lovers love Crimes and hypocrisy the haters want Till you are driven from the path Failures and needs the world attract Entreating you into sin to subtract Till you lose your way on the path Bad company and lustful thoughts Holiness and righteousness without faults Only the rightful can ever dwell with the cross Beware and never be shaken Behold and watch never to be stricken Down by the mediocrity of life
