Mecca
My soul is derelict, forsaken by the universe
Even the sun burns and the moon frowns
Probably my birth is a misfortune
Uneven days have stolen my joy
My lover looks upon me coyly
Unbearable Pain that tears flee
Unknown the origin of this pain
Trekking the desserts of existence
Darkness clouds my being
Lost in bearings, I gaze to your celestial
To draw strength
To show the path through life
To see my way through darkness
To illuminate my soul
My right hand over my left on my chest
When I go down and my head to the ground
I cast all my burdens to the earth that birth me
Helplessly trying to find the place
Where earthlings voyage to find solace.
